OCU Women's Basketball 2022 Class: Aysha Lindsey
The Oakland City University Mighty Oaks women's basketball team has added six to their roster for the upcoming 2022-2023 basketball season. Head coach FahKara Hawkins is excited to announce the signing of Aysha Lindsey.
Lindsey comes to the Mighty Oaks from Lincoln Trail College by way of Evansville Bosse High School in Evansville, Indiana. As a senior at Bosse, Lindsey led the team in points, assists, steals and blocks as well as receiving honorable mention all-conference honors. At Lincoln Trail, Lindsey averaged 8 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.1 assists last year.
Coach Hawkins says, "Lindsey is a local talent who brings depth to our guard unit. She is a wonderful teammate. She also is a player who brings a high level of commitment to team success that is unmatched."
