On Saturday, March 8, former North High School standout Cordell Coburn’s college team won in an NCAA Division I baseball game

On Saturday, March 8, former North High School standout Cordell Coburn’s current college team, the Western Illinois Leathernecks, won 5-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Murray State Racers.

The game took place at Johnny Reagan Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Racers this season.

The Leathernecks’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 1 p.m. at Johnny Reagan Field against Murray State Racers.
