North High School standouts Aaron Nehls and Ty Rumsey’s college team won in NCAA Division I baseball game on Saturday, April 19

Aaron Nehls and Ty Rumsey

On Saturday, April 19, former North High School standouts Aaron Nehls and Ty Rumsey’s current college team, the Evansville Purple Aces, won 11-10 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Indiana State Sycamores.

The game took place at German American Bank Field at Charles H. Braun Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Sycamores this season.

The Purple Aces’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 22 at 6 p.m. at Nick Denes Field against Western Kentucky Hilltoppers.
