Join Mandy Scurry, our very own NASA/JPL Solar System Ambassador, as she shares the book, “Spidernaut,” with kids in grades 1-3. They will play games, do experiments and make a craft to learn about animals who have gone to space. Sorry-due to space limitations, no older or younger siblings or accompanying grown-ups will be allowed in the room. (We will meet in the Bell Road Library Kids’ Activity Room.) This is a great opportunity for those who don’t fit our age guidelines to tour our fantastic NASA exhibit, “Moon, Mars, and Beyond. ” It is spread throughout the library and has interactive displays for all ages to enjoy.
